The Wagyu tallow was a great success! Family and i really enjoyed the rich flavour it added to our food , especially the fried thick cut chips, kids went back for second helping lol. Im overall very happy with the product and actually found the cubes very very convenient. Because i cook a lot , i have an idea of how much to use for whichever dish im making. The Wagyu cubes takes the guesswork out of the recipe and the great thing is, with the Wagyu tallow, you really only need half or so as much as a little with this goes a long way! The tub was very convenient, especially as a daily use item. The cube trays are also a game changer (first time i see it presented in this manner, but this makes it so much more versatile, especially adding it in as an extra in the coolerbox when traveling or off to a braai etc). I found Instant Cape on Tiktok of all places. Their content was telling enough that they are brewing a truly high quality product. Can't find this kind of quality in the stores. An amazing health addition to your usual stews, soups or even that cup of breakfast broth for healthy joints. Not hyped enough.

I’ve genuinely been enjoying both the tallow and the bone broth. The tallow has been a game changer when cooking ,especially for steaks. They come out incredibly flavourful with that perfect crispy finish. I’ve also been having a cup of bone broth every other morning, and it’s become such a good habit. It’s a great way to start the day, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my skin ,it feels healthier and has more of a natural glow, which I’d attribute to the collagen benefits. Overall, really impressed with the quality. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends, and they’ve gone on to support the business as well. Highly recommend 👌
